Résumé:

In Paris, a gang of violent hold-up men attack armored trucks. Léo Vrinks and Denis Klein, two high level police officers who were formerly partners compete to put these gangsters behind bars, each one hoping to get a promotion as head of the Criminal Investigation Department. Advice from an informant gives Vrinks gets a lead on the criminals and he organizes an operation to capture them. But while this is going on, Klein makes a mistake that results in the death of a close colleague of Vrinks. Consequently, the competition intensifies.
