Résumé:

In 1984, riots engulfed parts of Punjab and Delhi. As the cops swarm the city searching for terrorists, Badal's (Deol) family falls victim to their brutal investigations. Enraged by the inhuman treatment, Badal vows revenge on the chief of the squad, Jai Singh Rana (Rana). While Jai is conducting the investigations, he is also responsible for destroying gaos, and shooting people without a second thought. Badal joins a gunda (Vidyarthi) and becomes a terrorist seeking revenge.
