Résumé:

A movie is going to be made about Jay (Mewes) and Silent Bob (Smith)'s characters from a comic book, and when the duo discover they will receive no royalties for the use of their characters, they decide to go to Hollywood to sabotage the film.

During their travels across the country, they meet up with a team of sexy diamond thieves and an escaped orangutan. With a federal wildlife marshal on the lookout for the missing orangutan, Jay and Silent Bob finally arrive at the studio where their movie is being created, among others.
