Résumé:

Every year in France, the country's greatest pastry and dessert chefs gather to be judged by their peers in a gruelling culinary competition. The winner joins the ranks of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF), an exclusive group of France's best craftsmen, who are honored with the right to don the MOF's red, white and blue collar.

Raising the art of sugaring to high drama, Pennebaker and Hegedus create a marvelously suspenseful atmosphere where each spilt drop threatens to derail the chefs' creations and dash their dreams—while never losing sight of the fact that the cherished goal is the world’s most ornate cream puff.
