Résumé:

Liu Jivan (Li) is a top government agent from China. With orders to head to Paris, France on a top-secret job, Liu finds himself helping Richard (Karyo), a French cop. But the mission fails and he is framed by Richard for murder.

Forced to go on the run in a city he is unfamiliar with, Liu meets Jessica (Fonda), an American with dealings with Richard before. Jessica was forced into prostitution by Richard and is thirsty for revenge. With the same enemy, the two join forces to seek retribution for their pain.
