Résumé:
The final 15 years of the Ceausescu regime were the worst in Romania's history. Yet the propaganda machine referred to that period as the "the golden age." The film's stories are based on urban myths that provided gossip in the breadlines at the time.
Humor kept Romanians alive. Why are the townsfolk painting trees and scrubbing cows? Why is a photographer doctoring a photo of Ceausescu? What does a driver discover in his truck?
