Synopsis

Quebec filmmaker Kim Nguyen travels the world to meet professionals who have a scientific or emotional rapport with the sense of smell. Whether they are a sommelier, a chef, a perfumer, an olfactotherapist, truffle hunters or even a young woman who was deprived of the sense of smell following an accident, each emphasizes the great importance that this often underestimated sense holds in our lives.
