Synopsis

In Quebec City in spring 2013, Véronique Lalande noticed that her windowsills were often covered with small dust particles, sometimes reddish in color. Concerned about her health and that of her family, she opens up an inquiry and quickly discovers that it is nickel dust, most likely produced by shipping activity at the Port of Quebec.

Along with her husband, Louis Duchesne, Veronique alerts the municipal and health authorities so they can identify the company at fault. Despite the denials of the latter, Arrimage Québec, and the resistance of the administration, the young woman continues her fight, raising awareness within her neighborhood.
