Synopsis

In order to reach his goal of becoming the best in the world, a professional thief sets his sights on a rare artifact. But he soon finds himself in the center of a dangerous plot involving the Japanese, the Soviets, and a group of outsiders. Now it's up to him and a special agent to save the world.
