Synopsis

Shimu (Rikita Nandini Shimu) fled her abusive home situation as a child and went to the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She works in a clothing factory there, but faced with difficult and dangerous working conditions, she decides to start a union with her co-workers.

In the face of threats from the management and the disapproval of her husband who is searching for work himself, Shimu is determined to go on. Together, the women must fight and find a way.
