Synopsis
Charlie (Noémie Merlant), 24, earns a modest living as a supermarket cashier, but she has dreams of being an artist. One day, her older brother Vincent (Guillaume Gouix) arrives on her doorstep after a 12-year prison stint. Although his wild temper scares Charlie, he loves his little sister and eventually lands a job, so he can contribute to the household. But when they get an unexpected visitor in the form of their long absent father—on Charlie’s birthday no less, it sends emotions spiraling out of control.
