Synopsis

Publisher Éric Angstrom is betting everything on the publication of the third volume of "Dedalus," the detective saga authored by the enigmatic Oscar Brach, whose first two volumes have enjoyed unparalleled worldwide success. Hoping to publish the new book simultaneously worldwide, Angstrom hires nine translators (Spanish, Chinese, English, Danish, Italian, Russian, etc.) and sequesters them in a luxury bunker, with no possibility of external contact. However, despite his extreme precautions, the first 10 pages of the original manuscript are leaked on the Internet, along with a staggering ransom demand to pay up, or the rest of the novel will be published online. Furious, Angstrom tries to unmask which of the nine translators is the one who betrayed him.
