Synopsis
The manager (Gruffudd) of an animal orphanage is threatened by authorities who want to shut it down. So he talks to the press, hoping to attract help. Instead, the recently released Cruella De Vil along with a French fur merchant (Dépardieu) move in with the hope of turning his supply of dalmatian puppies into a coat, complete with one as a hood.
