Synopsis

It's the evening of Valentine's Day at the Brasserie Romantiek, an upscale restaurant in Brussels. While keeping an eye on her brother Angelo, a talented chef who likes to drink a little too much, the owner Pascaline, manages the place and greets customers, for whom she has created a special menu to celebrate the occasion. Unfortunately, nothing goes as planned. At one table, an embittered wife confesses to her workaholic husband that she has a lover. At another, an extremely shy single man waits anxiously for the arrival of his guest, whom he met on the Internet. Meanwhile, a server tries to console a client who came without her husband, who recently moved in with her best friend. As for Pascaline, she's disturbed by the presence of Frank, her childhood sweetheart who, after 23 years apart, has come to offer her a new life with him in Buenos Aires, where he works as a diplomat.
