Is there anything more intoxicating than the smell of fresh bread wafting through a room in the morning? Bread: An Everyday Miracle takes us on an enlightening journey into the world of bread and its production today. We meet traditional artisan bakers and cereal farmers who can vouch for quality and sustainable ingredients.

Bread surveys a handful of European bakeries and laboratories and includes the Viennese organic bakery Öfferl where bakers young and old give Friedl a tour of their operations.
