Synopsis
When the LAPD’s elite Special Investigations Squad (SIS) is assigned a high-profile quadruple homicide, veteran detective Eldon Perry (Russell) takes the case. Known for his tough street tactics and a fiery temper, Eldon also tutors rookie Bobby Keough (Speedman) in the grim realities of police intimidation and corruption.
