Earthquake

Synopsis

A powerful earthquake shakes Los Angeles, killing thousands and affecting the lives of many. Stewart Graff (Charlton Heston) and his wife (Ava Gardner) are in the middle of one of their usual spats when the earthquake erupts. There’s more to the engineer, who is involved with Denise Marshall (Genevieve Bujold), the widow of a co-worker.

Meanwhile, police office Lou Slade (George Kennedy) is temporarily suspended after punching a fellow officer. The devastating earthquake proves to be a test for these individuals, who scramble to save their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
