Synopsis

L'Espérance, a village of widows, old men and young people without hope is severely affected by the tragic deaths of 13 miners several years ago. One day, a stranger arrives in the village. The charming young man has an immediate effect on everyone's lives. People begin to experience hope, desire and love again.

But everyone isn't enchanted by this stranger who seems more and more interested in the tragedy of the ancient mine. What are his real intentions? Is he really who he pretends to be?
