Liberty Heights

Synopsis

In an old Jewish neighborhood in Baltimore, two brothers are growing up in the tumultuous mid- 50's era.

One of the brothers considers a relationship with a black girl, while the other has fallen for a blonde-haired, blue-eyed Protestant.

Joe Mantegna and Bebe Neuwirth play the parents of the troubled boys, in this latest addition of writer/director Barry Levinson's ongoing, semi-autobiographical series of Baltimore-based ensemble dramas.
