Synopsis

When U.S. soldier Mike's (Armie Hammer) desert mission goes horribly wrong, he ends up alone and is forced to fend for himself. He requests extract, but is informed that the only location he can be rescued from is across the unforgiving terrain. To get there, he'll have to navigate his way around 33 million landmines.

With no one to help him, he battles the harsh elements of the desert, his enemies, and the crippling psychological effects of the brutal situation. He depends on the image of his wife (Annabelle Wallis) at home for the strength and will to survive 52 hours until he can be saved.
