Synopsis
Of Color and Ink is a documentary film that explores the little-known exile journey of a global artist, Chang Dai-chien (1899-1983), China's foremost 20th-century painter.
Directed by Chinese American filmmaker Weimin Zhang, this film is the cumulation of a 12-year journey to unravel the mysteries and controversies surrounding Chang's political, artistic and spiritual quest as he transitioned from East to West.
