Synopsis

Cara Cook (Jacqueline Byers) is a bright and athletic college student with an overbearing and protective mother and a much more relaxed dad. When the girl fails to show up for a family dinner one night, her mother is annoyed, while her father is unconcerned. As a few days pass with no word from Cara, her mother begins to worry that the worst has happaned and contacts the police, who send over Detective Jonathan Brightbill (Michael Xavier), who treats the case as a disappearance.

With little evidence and even fewer leads, it is almost as if Cara has vanished off the face of the Earth. As the days continue, her parents begin to spiral while Detective Brightbick becomes more heavily invested in this case and begins to see connections to another disappearance.
