Synopsis

Longtime next-door neighbors Addie Moore (Jane Fonda) and Louis Waters (Robert Redford) are both widowed. The two have almost no relationship, but that all changes when Addie pays an unexpected visit.

With their children long gone and living far away, she seeks to establish a connection, and make the most of the rest of the time they have.
