Synopsis

A story set in a Florida beachside community that includes a traditionally white enclave and a traditionally black enclave.

Developers are now eyeing both enclaves, wanting to turn the modest community into an upscale resort for weary Northerners. The long-time locals are divided on whether to cash in or stand their ground.
