Synopsis

Peter (Tom Selleck), Michael (Steve Guttenberg) and Jack (Ted Danson) are three young bachelors enjoying the single life in New York City. An unexpected delivery to their doorstep reveals that Jack, who is away filming a new movie, fathered a child with a co-star.

Peter and Michael are left to take care of baby Mary, and their lack of experience in the parenting department leads to many laughs and surprises along the way. Complications arise when another mysterious package arrives and Michael unknowingly tosses it aside. Two drug dealers seek the package, which contains heroin, and Peter and Jack are sent on a hunt to fix the mixup.
