A young girl named Alexia is severely injured when the car she's in, driven by her temperamental father, becomes involved in a crash. Her life is saved when doctors are able to implant a titanium plate in her skull. Following the accident, Alexia (Agathe Rousselle) becomes fascinated by automobiles and she goes on to work as an exotic dancer in a nightclub dedicated to the glory of the automobile, where her lascivious bodywork dances have made her an underground idol. Her bond with her favorite vehicle is so powerful that she becomes pregnant with him and begins to ooze ... motor oil.
But Alexia isn't just a tease of fetishistic males and possessed cars. She's also a psychopathic killer. Compromised during a murderous evening, she leaves the region and, seeing her portrait circulated throughout the country, mutilates her face so as to be able to adopt the identity of Adrien, a boy who disappeared long ago. Vincent, a firefighter who is the boy's father, is happy to believe that Alexia, whose disguise does not deceive anyone else, is his son.
