December 1967. Nothing’s going right for The Boys, an amateur hockey team composed of unruly teenagers, including Stan, Jean-Charles, Bob, Fern and Marcel. Their poor performance on the parish’s outdoor rink suggests a humiliating defeat in the holiday tournament. When Meo, an insolent guy who’s also a fighter, joins their team, it restores their hope. While various incidents punctuate the family and emotional lives of these guys committed to winning the tournament, a terrible tragedy shakes them. Together, they will learn to be interdependent. And not just on the ice.
